The Cleve Jones Wellness House & Live Free and Equal: provide ASSISTANCE and HOUSING to individuals and their families living with HIV/AIDS/HCV; provide EDUCATION & PREVENTION PROGRAMMING to reduce transmission of infectious disease; provide GLBTQ outreach, education and activism; and foster INFORMED, COMPASSIONATE COMMUNITY RESPONSE throughout the Monadnock Region.
