The High Desert Chapter of the American Red Cross was chartered on July 1, 1990.
Our administrative offices are located at 16248 Desert Knoll Drive in Victorville, California.
The Chapter provides Red Cross services to High Desert residents and others within the northern and eastern portions of San Bernardino County. A Red Cross station is also located at the Fort Irwin Army National Training Center near Barstow.
The American Red Cross is able to help those affected by disasters small and large because of the generosity of the American people. The Red Cross is not a government agency; it relies on voluntary donations of time, money and blood to do its work.
The High Desert Chapter responds to approximately 100 incidents annually, providing shelter, food, comfort and financial assistance. One way to help us help High Desert residents 24 hours-a-day, 365 days-a-year is through a financial donation.
