CASA of Travis County
Mission
CASA of Travis County, Inc. recruits, screens, trains, and supervises volunteers to provide “guardian ad litem” representation for abused and neglected children to help them reach a safe and permanent home.
About
Established in 1985, CASA of Travis County was the fourth CASA program launched in Texas. During the first year of operation, CASA recruited and trained 43 volunteers and served a total of 85 children. The organization has grown steadily ever since to maintain a volunteer base of over 400 and serve more than 1,200 children annually.
