Children's Advocacy Center of the Bluegrass

Our Mission

The mission of the Children's Advocacy Center of the Bluegrass is to reducce the trauma experienced by sexually abused children by providing services to them in a nurturing, friendly and safe environment. Additionally, the Center strives to improve the procedures by which child sexual abuse cases are handled in our 17-county Bluegrass Region. Our goal is to foster the healing and recovery process for victims of child sexual abuse. The Children's Advocacy Center of the Bluegrass coordinates all agencies involved in the investigation of child sexual abuse, and provides education to professionals and the public about abuse. All services are provided at no cost to children and their non-offending families.
