KRTS serves the Big Bend region of Far West Texas with listener-supported public radio that informs, educates and entertains.

KRTS promotes cultural enrichment through presentation and focus on the importance of art to education, the local economy and quality of life.

KRTS provides news and information programs, and provides invaluable community outreach through its network affiliations.

KRTS presents regional history programs through established partnerships with leaders in education, business; arts and community causes.
